Fans of Pete Seeger, we have a concert for you to attend during your time in corporate housing Minneapolis. On May 3rd (a Saturday), you can catch “For Pete’s Sake”, a tribute/birthday celebration for Seeger. The show starts at 7:30 and you aren’t going to want to miss any of it. The Fitzgerald Theater, home to A Prairie Home Companion will host the 95th birthday concert. There are going to be loads of fold musicians for you to hear playing songs from the entirety of Pete Seeger’s career. There will also be documentary film clips by local director William Eigen to give yet another facet to the performance.
