Happy Thanksgiving from us here at Creative Housing Solutions in Minneapolis! This is one of our favorite holidays of the whole year. Everyone loves the food and the spirit of the season. We wanted to just share a quick little Thanksgiving trivia with you. Did you know that the Pilgrims who came over on the Mayflower had terrible issues adjusting to a new land, and by fall 1621 about half of the original travelers were left alive. Those who survived were motivated by their luck in the face of adversity (with some help from the Native Americans they encountered) to have a modest feast in order to give thanks which is the origin of our modern holiday!
